Par-en-Bas junior boys win volleyball regionals

Yarmouth County team defeats Hebbville in championship match

École secondaire de Par-enBas captured the tier 1 western regional junior boys volleyball championship on its home court, defeating Hebbville in the title match to take the regional banner.

The Par-en-Bas boys faced teams from Bridgewater and Middleton in round-robin play, defeating each in two sets.

In the semifinal round, Par-enBas again faced Middleton and defeated them once more in two sets.

The Par-en-Bas squad then won the regional championship by beating Hebbville in two sets (2725 and 25-21) in the final.

For Par-en-Bas, it was their third title in the last four years.
