BEULA BAIN

BAIN, Beula Gertrude – age 89 of Yarmouth. It is with great sadness that we share the news of Mom’s passing on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Yarmouth Regional Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Mom was born in Yarmouth on March 17, 1929, the middle daughter of the late Leslie and Rose Anne (Boudreau) Hunt. Beula is survived by her sisters, Margaret Henneberry of Sambro and Donna Behie of Sheet Harbour. Mom will be greatly missed by her children, Kent (Susan) Bain, Robin (Sue) Bain, Kim (Neil) Parnell, Kandy (Charles) Moulaison, Dawn (Roger) Ettinger and her grandchildren, Jeff, Jay (Tanya), Cody (Ashley), Nicholas (Bri), Melissa (Shaun), Tanya (Matt), Trevor (Kayli), Tarah and Morgan (Will) and her great-grandchildren,

Ellie, Maddie, Jayden, Karter, Callie, Hayley, Connor, Jase, Cooper, Avery and Reyna. Predeceased by her infant son, Curt and the father of her children, Bob Bain. Mom will also be missed by her special friends at Trinity Place. Our lives were enriched by the love she had for us all. Mom loved the beach and sitting in the window knitting her wool socks. Mom loved watching sports; she spent many cold days at the Yarmouth rink and hot days at the ball field. A special thanks to Dr. Marais, the nurses in the ER and fourth floor at the Yarmouth Hospital who provided compassion and comfort to all of us. At Mom’s request there will be no visitation or funeral. Donations can be made to the Gilles Boudreau and Friends Cancer Help Fund or the Kidney Foundation. Arrangements have been entrusted to H.M.
