Travel to Penticton

There are lots of different ways to get to Penticton. The city has a small airport with lots of regular flights in from Vancouver on Air Canada and also flights in from Calgary on Westjet. Kelowna Airport, which is about an hour away, has considerably more options with both Air Canada and Westjet. It’s easy to rent a car or take a shuttle from Kelowna to Penticton, and there is a much greater likelihood that your bike will make it with you on the plane. (The small planes that fly into Penticton’s airport don’t always have much capacity to carry bikes.)

Once you get to Penticton, you’ll find lots of different accommodations available – everything from camping to luxury hotels are on offer, not to mention lots of restaurants, bars and pubs to ensure you can make the weekend a race-cation if you’re so inclined.
