Fit­ness and a good stroke will only get you so far. You need to main­tain a level and firm body po­si­tion in the wa­ter. Use a snorkel to pro­mote an im­proved swim po­si­tion, but make sure that once you’ve take it off, you main­tain that strong, long pos­ture.
