When it comes to picking a shoe, triathletes often look for something that will get them through dayto-day training, but will also serve them well when it comes to racing. The runningshoe industry has been happy to oblige, offering a number of options. Finding what works for you doesn’t need to be a trial and error process – a trip to a reputable shoe store is your best bet as the experts there are likely to steer you in the right direction based on your racing and training needs. We’ve picked a number of all-rounders and a few of more terrainand weather-specific options, including a trail-oriented shoe that will be a nice option for cross-triathlon fans and with road triathletes who like to hit the trails for their run training efforts.
