Ten Thousand Villages sale returning to Truro

TRURO, N.S. — Fair-trade products will be the focus of an upcoming sale.

The autumn Ten Thousand Villages fair will be held at Immanuel Baptist Church.

Crafts, baskets, jewelry, food, musi- cal instruments, toys, Christmas ornaments and more are included in the sale, which takes place Friday, Nov. 23, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday, Nov. 24 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Ten Thousand Villages helps artisans in developing countries by bringing their products and stories to markets through longterm, fair trade relationships.
