Bible Hill man gets curative discharge
TRURO, N.S. — A Bible Hill man who pled guilty to failing the breathalyzer was given a curative discharge and placed on probation for two years during sentencing in provincial court in Truro.
Troy Macswain, 46, of Pictou Road, also lost his driving privileges for 18 months.
As part of his probation conditions he is not permitted to consume alcohol and must take drugs only as prescribed. He must also continue to take medication for substance abuse.
