Nominations being accepted for Colchester heritage awards

The heritage of Colchester County will be celebrated in February, and nominations for awards are now being accepted

e Colchester Historical Society will honour individuals or groups for making a substantial contribution to heritage preservation and education in the county.

Recognition is given for any work of heritage, including written work, built heritage, visual arts with a heritage-related theme, or musical creation or presentation.

Nominations will be accepted until Feb. 1, for work completed in the 2018 calendar year.

Nominations for Lifetime Achievement will also be considered.

Heritage Night celebrations will take place on Feb. 22
