February sentencing for indecent act

TRURO, N.S. – A man who pled guilty to masturbating in a public place is to be sentenced Feb. 27 in provincial court in Truro. George Leonard Durling, 51, whose address was not listed in court documents, was charged last October in Debert with committing an indecent act in a public place.

A presentence report has been ordered before Durling’s next court appearance.
