Daily in­take for Dil­lon Fraser is 4,000 to 6,000 calo­ries

BREAK­FAST

3 eggs with cheese 1½cups of oats with 1½ cups of berries SNACK

2 loaded peanut but­terand-jam sand­wiches or tuna.

A pro­tein shake.

LUNCH

Ei­ther 2 cups of rice or 3 cups of pasta 1½ cups of beef or 2 chicken breasts Two cups of vegeta­bles

HEAVY SNACK (OR SEC­OND LUNCH)

1½ cups of rice or rice noo­dles

2 eggs

1½ cups Beef/chicken/ pork

SUP­PER

2-3 potatoes with but­ter/ sour cream or rice; eg­gies

And a large por­tion of steak/beef/ pork or an en­tire pizza. ***

If he feels he hasn’t con­sumed enough, he’ll have oat­meal be­fore bed. (This doesn’t in­clude the lit­tle snacks.)
