A DAY AT THE DINNER TABLE...
Daily intake for Dillon Fraser is 4,000 to 6,000 calories
3 eggs with cheese 1½cups of oats with 1½ cups of berries SNACK
2 loaded peanut butterand-jam sandwiches or tuna.
A protein shake.
Either 2 cups of rice or 3 cups of pasta 1½ cups of beef or 2 chicken breasts Two cups of vegetables
HEAVY SNACK (OR SECOND LUNCH)
1½ cups of rice or rice noodles
1½ cups Beef/chicken/ pork
2-3 potatoes with butter/ sour cream or rice; eggies
And a large portion of steak/beef/ pork or an entire pizza. ***
If he feels he hasn’t consumed enough, he’ll have oatmeal before bed. (This doesn’t include the little snacks.)
