Constance Lorraine “Connie” Crouse

CROUSE, Constance Lorraine “Connie”, 68, Truro, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2017 in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro.

Born in Truro, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Lois (LaMonte) Smith.

Connie was a waitress for many years having worked for different restaurants in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Ontario.

She is survived by a son Daniel (Betty) of Cambridge, Ont.; grandchildren Christopher, Jacob, Alexander, Dallas, McKenzie; brothers Kenneth Smith (Lorraine) of Truro, Robert Smith (Diane) of Truro, Ronald Smith (Gail) of Ontario, James Smith (Yvonne) of Ontario, David Smith of Ontario.

She was predeceased by her husband Larry Crouse; son Michael; sister and a brother in infancy.

Arrangements are under the direction of Mattatall~Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro. No visitation or funeral service by family request. Donations in Connie’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Connie’s family would like to personally thank the Doctors and Nurses of the Palliative Care Unit of CEHHC, Truro for their wonderful care and also to her special friend Rose Patterson who was by her side.
