7:30 p.m. Mary Miller and her Book - Retired Mt. A. Music educator, Dr. Nancy Vogan will give a presentation on the Mary Miller Book, (written in 1766) and similar works.

Fish and Chips
Fish and chips/silent auction, Truro Legion; $8 per person, 5-7 p.m. unless sold out; silent auction, 5-8 p.m. in Games Room.
Chase the Ace
Stewiacke Legion and Volunteer Fire Department Chase the Ace; every Friday until won; tickets sold 6 to 8 p.m. at both locations. Draw at the Legion approximately 8:15 p.m.
Debert Legion

Tool Collectors
Atlantic Tool Collectors Fall Show/ Sale, noon – 3 p.m., Farm Equipment Museum, NSPE Grounds, Truro; tool displays, swap/sell tables; Good Times Fiddlers perform noon – 1 p.m.: bring a chair; coffee/tea available.
Bluegrass Jams
Truro and Area Bluegrass Association, 1 to 8 p.m.; at Ecole Acadienne, 50 Aberdeen St., Truro. Jams scheduled for second and last Saturdays of each month, fall to spring.
