“Nobody talks during this, and people move however the music makes them feel,” said Arnold. “ ey can lie down on the oor and feel the music if they like. ey’re in their own space, but with other people.”

After the dancing concludes, people usually chat and talk about their experience.

“It’s certainly good exercise, and I nd it brings a lightness and joy into my day and evening, and beyond,” said Arnold.

Cost is $20, although that will be waived if someone can’t a ord it. People can register for the event by emailing mandiarnold1972@gmail.com but preregistration isn’t necessary. No yoga or dance experience is needed to take part.
