CEC athletes fare well at Kings Edgehill competition

TRURO, N. S. – The Cobequid Cougars enjoyed success on the mats at a recent high school wrestling tournament at Kings Edgehill.

The CEC senior boys team finished first with 28 points, while the senior girls were fourth with 10 points. In the boys division, Eric Lee and Tavish Rutherford of the Cougars nabbed gold medals, while Laura Mingo and Emma Chisholm won gold and silver, respectively, in the girls division.
