Offensive contributions in the victory came from Johnathan Seeton, with three touchdowns, and another from Liam Legge. Defensively, the charge was led by Caleb Wolthers, with help from Ryland Phillips and Jase Langille. Eric Fields was solid on both sides of the ball.

The Freightliners are on the road Saturday, Oct. 19 to face Bedford at 2 p.m.

The Truro Blue Bombers came out flat on a rainy afternoon in Dartmouth and were handed a lopsided 30-8 loss by the Destroyers.

The Bombers couldn’t get any momentum throughout the day, as they suffered their second loss of the season in five games.

Next up for the Bombers is a road test in Bedford Saturday at noon against the Saints.

The Truro Tide earned victory over Dartmouth Destroyers for the second straight week.

Makael Fields was 10-for-15 passing for 100 yards and a touchdown strike to Dasean Brown in an 18-8 triumph. The Tide’s offensive line blocked very well in the game, led by Liam Va Der Osh.
