An impaired, 27-year-old male was arrested in New Minas for being intoxicate­d in public.

A 37-year-old man was stopped in New Minas and found to be driving while disqualifi­ed.

A fight was reported at a drinking establishm­ent in Greenwood at 3:04 a.m.

A chain saw was stolen out of a yard in Hants Border.

A driver with an expired licence plate was caught in Port Williams.

An unwanted person was reported at a hall in Coldbrook at 5 p.m.

Police are investigat­ing an unpaid taxi fare in Centrevill­e.

March 29

A noise complaint came Gaspereau Avenue in Wolfville.

Threats were reported from tonville.

There was a theft of jewelry and a laptop from a residence in Kingston.

A suspicious person was reported hanging around vehicles at the hospital parking lot in North Kentville. He was located and informed police he was looking for discarded cigarette butts.

Another suspicious male was reported in a business parking lot in Kingston. He had had a vehicle break down.

A dog was found roaming in Canard and taken to the SPCA shelter.

A 44-year-old male was arrested in Canning at 7:27 p.m. for being inebriated in public.

An unwanted male was reported at a Wolfville business.

March 30

The wheels on a vehicle parked in a driveway in Berwick were stolen overnight. Threats were reported from Aylesford. A power line was down on Sherman Belcher Street in Centrevill­e.

Police assisted when an individual needed to retrieve some belongings in New Minas.

A dog named Bella from North Kentville was found wandering on Highway 101. She was later reunited with her owners.

An 18-year-old male driver was caught in Greenwich.

Assaults in Cambridge and Kingston are being investigat­ed.

Neighbourh­ood disputes arose in Greenwood, Deep Hollow Road and Greenwich.

One sudden death occurred and one family relations call came in. Well-being checks were requested in Auburn and Centrevill­e.

Five youth went missing from group homes and then returned.

There were collisions in New Minas. A hit and run took place in a Greenwood parking lot. Four driving complaints came in. Police determined that two concerned nervous drivers out in poor weather.

Four checkpoint­s were set up around the county.

There was one false alarm and three false 911 calls.
