• Free Low Impact Exercise Program — Free, from 11 a.m.-noon, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at the Wilmot Baptist Church Christian Fellowship Centre. Geared for seniors, but is open to everyone.
• Black Rock Jam — 7–10 p.m. at 4404 Black Rock Rd. Play, sing and enjoy an evening with friends, light lunch at break, 50/50 draw and door prizes. Freewill offering at the door.
