• Free Low Im­pact Ex­er­cise Pro­gram — Free, from 11 a.m.-noon, Mon­days, Wed­nes­days and Fri­days at the Wil­mot Bap­tist Church Chris­tian Fel­low­ship Cen­tre. Geared for se­niors, but is open to ev­ery­one.

• Black Rock Jam — 7–10 p.m. at 4404 Black Rock Rd. Play, sing and en­joy an evening with friends, light lunch at break, 50/50 draw and door prizes. Freewill of­fer­ing at the door.

Se­ries — Held by the Alzheimer’s So­ci­ety in Wolfville, now open for regis­tra­tion.
