Windsor Royals continue to struggle

-

The Windsor Royals were 1-4-0 on the season following their Oct. 13 loss in East Hants.

The Royals jumped out in front 2-0 on a pair of goals by Kyle Armsworthy and Jackson Zwicker. Armsworthy went on to score again, marking his fourth goal of the season.

Despite the early start, the second and third periods were not so easy for the Royals, with East Hants outscoring the Royals 7-3.

The East Hants team had goals by Josh Isenor, Dustin Culbertson (with three), Hunter Christmas (with two) and Andrew Antonio.

The Windsor Royals were scheduled to play in Spryfield Oct. 20 and then return home to Oct. 21 for a game against the Cumberland Colts.

The Royals are looking for a couple of critical victories before they fall too far behind in the standings.
