A bitter cold wind didn’t deter citizens from lining the streets in downtown Windsor in hopes of catching a glimpse of Santa Claus Nov. 23.

And Santa didn’t disappoint, arriving in style aboard a Windsor Fire Department truck.

As the 2018 Santa Parade of Lights weaved its way down to Victoria Park, parade participants doled out candy and offered warm wishes to onlookers.

The event culminated with the official tree lighting outside the Hants County War Memorial Community Centre.
