Windsor’s annual Santa Parade of Lights once again delights crowd
A bitter cold wind didn’t deter citizens from lining the streets in downtown Windsor in hopes of catching a glimpse of Santa Claus Nov. 23.
And Santa didn’t disappoint, arriving in style aboard a Windsor Fire Department truck.
As the 2018 Santa Parade of Lights weaved its way down to Victoria Park, parade participants doled out candy and offered warm wishes to onlookers.
The event culminated with the official tree lighting outside the Hants County War Memorial Community Centre.
Children eagerly awaited the arrival of Santa Claus, who hitched a ride atop the Windsor Fire Department’s aerial truck during the 2018 parade of lights celebration.
The Avon Animal Hospital float featured plenty of reindeer.
