“It’s my first time in North Amer­ica and what makes this restau­rant so ex­cit­ing and unique is its clien­tele,” says Suri, de­scribed as an in­no­va­tive, dy­namic young chef who brings a dis­tinc­tive mod­ern simplicity to haute cui­sine. “We cater to dif­fer­ent time zones and pas­sen­gers from all over the world with fresh food that is lo­cally sourced and glob­ally in­spired.”

Spe­cial­iz­ing in sea­son­ally in­spired con­tem­po­rary Pa­cific North­west cui­sine, the new menu is a tes­ta­ment to that, with such culi­nary de­lights as the Ara­bic Spiced lamb or the Pan Seared Sable­fish.
