HALL BECOMES POSTER BOY FOR WARM- UP HELMETS

Taylor Hall, sporting a jagged row of stitches running up his forehead and a blackened and swollen left eye, talked for the first time about his nasty- looking injury. “I’m feeling pretty good except I can’t see too well with the eye right now,” Hall said Thursday, less than 48 hours after he was cut by the skate of teammate Corey Potter during a collision in the pre- game warm- up in Columbus. The Edmonton Oilers winger is now the bruised poster boy for change as his teammates will all be wearing helmets during warm- up. The Colorado Avalanche have also mandated their players wear helmets in the pre- game warm- up.
