Smythe Ratcliffe LLP has appointed seven new managers. Four internal manager appointmen­ts are Mathew Lee ( 1), Vipin Sachdeva ( 2), Margaret Puhacz ( 3) and Michelle So ( 4). Three new managers include Ben Capps ( 5), Julie

Guenkel ( 6) and Graeme Cocke ( 7). After two decades managing communicat­ions at BCAA, BC Transit and the Port of Vancouver, Trace Acres ( 8) is now the BC Trucking Associatio­n’s new vice- president. Hamilton Howell Bain & Gould welcomes employment lawyer Derek G.

Knoechel ( 9) to the team. Eximus Real Estate Team welcomes Paul Penner ( 10) as managing partner, trainer and head of commercial sales.

Frank A. Richter ( 11) is the new chairman of the Board of Commission­aires

B. C. Richter is currently a senior adviser with RFP Solutions, which provides public procuremen­t services to the government; he was previously the Board’s vice- chairman, and former CFO and director with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
