Cities should subsidize cost of removing old oil tanks

With this issue only recently turning up on the environmental radar, many homeowners are unfairly stuck with a hot potato that they were likely never aware of when they purchased their property.

Municipalities should subsidize property owners to have these potential environmental hazards dealt with immediately.
