Vancouver Draw Down

Various venues, 10 a. m. to 4: 30 p. m. If you can write your name, you can draw — that’s the premise behind this city- wide festival, which features 27 drawing playgrounds geared to all ages and skill levels at community centres, museums and art galleries ( including the Museum of Anthropology, Contemporary Art Gallery and Vancouver Art Gallery). All events are led by professional artists and are free ( or free with admission). Participants are encouraged to move around to different events throughout the day.
