continues to successful­ly feature local wine and food pairings in a unique undergroun­d setting: the Salt Cellar, below the Salt Tasting Room. Guests are invited to gather in the cellar to sample a tasting menu built around wines from a selected winery, paired with artisanal cheeses, charcuteri­e, and house- made condiments. The tasting is seated around a 30- foot communal table and begins at 7 p. m. Next up is Tinhorn Creek Vineyards on Nov. 13 followed by Gray Monk on Nov. 27.
