welcomes Township 7 Winery proprietor Mike Raffan to the Yaletown restaurant to host a fall dinner on Sunday, Nov. 4. Raffan will introduce each wine, typically seamlessly paired by Blue Water Cafe’s executive chef, Frank Pabst.
