B. C. man puts Porsche on shopping list after $ 15.8- million lottery win
B. C.’ s latest lotto millionaire says he feels like he’s been hit over the head after winning a share of last Saturday’s record 6- 49 jackpot.
Chad Seguin won $ 15.8 million out of the total jackpot of $ 63 million, which was the largest single lottery prize in Canadian history.
He says he checked his ticket at a gas station the morning the numbers came in and could barely call his wife to tell her the good news. Sequin, a retail salesman with two children, says his family still needs time for the big win to sink in.
He says he’ll pay off his mortgage, and maybe buy a Porsche or a take a vacation.
He’s one of four people — one in Alberta and three in B. C. — who split the jackpot.
