Vancouver Foundation welcomes Jason McLean ( 1) to board of directors. McLean is president and CEO of the McLean Group, active in real estate and developmen­t, film and television production, telecommun­ications, constructi­on and aviation.

Cindy Dopson ( 2), director of human resources, BC Cancer Foundation, has won BC Human Resources Management Associatio­n’s Award of Excellence: HR Profession­al of the Year. Scott Munro has been named vicepresid­ent of product management for the both the Canadian and U. S. editions of Sage 50 Accounting. RTO BC Resource Training Organizati­on has appointed Jonathan Whitworth, CEO of Seaspan Marine Corporatio­n, and Kathryn Laurin, president of Camosun College, to the board of directors. At Dentons, Helen Park ( 3) joins as associate in the firm’s business immigratio­n group, and Emily Yuen ( 4) joins as an associate in the securities and business law practice groups. Nature Trust of B. C. welcomes John West as the new chair of its board. West is the president of Priority Management.
