Vancouver Foundation welcomes Jason McLean ( 1) to board of directors. McLean is president and CEO of the McLean Group, active in real estate and development, film and television production, telecommunications, construction and aviation.
Cindy Dopson ( 2), director of human resources, BC Cancer Foundation, has won BC Human Resources Management Association’s Award of Excellence: HR Professional of the Year. Scott Munro has been named vicepresident of product management for the both the Canadian and U. S. editions of Sage 50 Accounting. RTO BC Resource Training Organization has appointed Jonathan Whitworth, CEO of Seaspan Marine Corporation, and Kathryn Laurin, president of Camosun College, to the board of directors. At Dentons, Helen Park ( 3) joins as associate in the firm’s business immigration group, and Emily Yuen ( 4) joins as an associate in the securities and business law practice groups. Nature Trust of B. C. welcomes John West as the new chair of its board. West is the president of Priority Management.
