England has a horrific Halloween hotel

Apparently standard ghosts and goblins just don’t make Halloween scary enough for some people. Thorpe Park, a theme park in Surrey, England, is offering a grisly overnight experience this month for guests at its new Thorpe Shark Hotel. It’s called The Extra Cut. It includes roaming through horror mazes, being pursued by a cannibal cult, and getting kidnapped in a van en route back to your room. For an extra fee, you can also have frightening characters lurking in the room or a ghastly storyteller reading to you in bed. The sad thing is that, as usual, cannibal cults are being stigmatized.
