MVPs: B.C.’s most valuable properties

Lululemon Athletica Inc. founder Chip Wilson’s waterfront house on tony Point Grey Road increased in value by about 6.5 per cent — to more than $57 million, according to B.C. Assessment records. The second most valuable residentia­l property is the only one not in Vancouver — it’s James Island, the private island in the Gulf Islands owned by Seattle billionair­e Craig McCaw. It was listed for sale in 2014 with Sotheby’s Internatio­nal for $75 million. The others are: 1. 3085 Point Grey Rd., $57.6 M 2.
