WRITERS FEST SETS INCITE LINEUP

The Vancouver Writers Fest has announced its Incite lineup for 2015 and it includes poetry, non-fiction, humour, literary fiction and thrillers. Visiting authors include acclaimed journalist and Scotiabank Giller Prize-winner Linden MacIntyre, bestselling non-fiction writer John Vaillant with his fiction debut, Jane Urquhart, alongside her daughter Emily Urquhart, and Russell Smith. There will also be events with Marianne Apostolides, Deni Béchard, Michael Christie, Kim Echlin, Susan Juby and Lisa J. Shannon, among others. Incite is free, at 7:30 p.m. every other Wednesday in the Alice MacKay Room, at the Vancouver Public Library’s Central Library, 350 W. Georgia St.
