In December, the NFC champion Seattle Seahawks learned who they’ll be playing in the 2015 season. On Tuesday, they found out when, as the National Football League released its full, 256-game schedule:

HOME GAMES Chicago (Sunday, Sept. 27, 1:25 p.m.): Will ’Hawks face Jay Cutler, Jimmy Clausen or draft/trade possibility Marcus Mariota? John Fox not guaranteeing Cutler will be his starter. Detroit (Monday, Oct. 5, 5:30 p.m.): Lions traded two draft picks to Ravens for Haloti Ngata. Five-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle expected to make up for loss of Ndamukong Suh in free agency. Carolina (Sunday, Oct. 18, 1:05 p.m.): Canadian tight end Luke Willson caught the game-winning TD in a 13-9 win in Charlotte last Oct.; he scored another major in the 31-17 divisional playoff victory over the Panthers. Arizona (Sunday, Nov. 15, 5:30 p.m.): In 2013, Arizona handed Seahawks their only home loss. In ’14, Cardinals were outscored 54-9 and failed to score a touchdown in two games against Super Bowl champions. San Francisco (Sunday, Nov. 22, 1:25 p.m.): His trainer, Super Bowl QB Kurt Warner, believes Colin Kaepernick needs to become a better pocket passer, to get an edge over his rival in Seattle. Pittsburgh (Sunday, Nov. 29, 1:25 p.m.): Seahawks haven’t faced the Steelers at home since Nov. 2, 2003, when Shaun Alexander rushed for 1,435 yards and scored 16 TDs. Cleveland (Sunday, Dec. 20, 1:05 p.m.): Browns’ first visit to the Northwest since ’03. Seattle’s first nine of 10 home games (lifetime) against Cleveland were played at the Kingdome. St. Louis (Sunday, Dec. 27, 1:25 p.m.): Rams haven’t won in Seattle in 10 straight games, a streak starting after the 2005 NFC wild card game, when CenturyLink was Qwest Field.

ROAD GAMES St. Louis (Sunday, Sept. 13, 1 p.m.): Flirting with a potential return to Los Angeles, Rams will spend part of pre-season training not far from the city where they originated in 1946. Green Bay (Sunday, Sept. 20, 5:30 p.m.): Poor Brandon Bostick’s misplay on an onside kick in 2015 NFC title game is certain to be replayed again, ad infinitum, though Green Bay goat now with Minny. Cincinnati (Sunday, Oct. 11, 10 a.m.): Chad Johnson scored the winning TD on a 53-yard pass from Jon Kitna as the Bengals defeated the Seahawks 27-24, their last meeting at Paul Brown Stadium, in 2003. San Francisco (Thursday, Oct. 22, 5:25 p.m.): CEO Jed York apologized to the faithful following the 49ers’ embarrassing 19-3 loss to Seahawks on American Thanksgiving, as the clock wound down on coach Jim Harbaugh. Dallas (Sunday, Nov. 1, 1:25 p.m.): Last year, DeMarco Murray ran for 115 yards and the game- winning score in a 30-23 win in Seattle. No need to sweat this time. Murray is with the Eagles. Minnesota (Sunday, Dec. 6, 10 a.m.): Brett Favre was the Vikings’ QB last time Seahawks played in Minnesota — Nov. 22, 2009 — in what was the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome, blown to smithereens last year. Baltimore (Sunday, Dec. 13, 5:30 p.m.): Seahawks are 0-2 in visits to Charm City, the last defeat coming 12 years ago, 44-41 in OT, when Matt Stover booted one of his 18 career game-winning field goals. Arizona (Sunday, Jan. 3, 1:25 p.m.): Luke Willson — him again — scored an 80-yard touchdown in the Seahawks’ last visit to Glendale, Ariz., a 35-6 win on Dec. 21.
