The Ridge at Bose Farms by RDG Ridge Development is not just Cloverdale’s, but also Surrey’s most popular new development and the only one in Metro Vancouver where you can own a brand-new condo in a true heritage community.

The fourth and final phase of this sought-after landmark is now available for sale with many homes overlooking Agricultural Land Reserve to the west, or to the beautiful heritage courtyard. This final opportunity has an amazing selection of twobedroom, two-bedroom-andden, three-bedroom, and threebedroom-and-den single-level homes to choose from, ranging up to 1,611 square feet in size.

This selection is not expected to last long based on the current rate of sales, with Phases 1 and 2 both fully sold out with happy owners who have already moved in.

Phase 3 has just six homes available for sale, anticipated to be ready for move-in this winter. The fourth and final phase, now available for pre-sale, is expected to be ready for move-in during summer 2016.

This gives anyone looking to get into this one-of-a-kind community some time to select their favourite home, choose their colour scheme, and sell their existing home if needed, while knowing that they have secured their piece of history today.

“Many buyers say they appreciate being able to secure the exact home they want at today’s interest rates, and still have plenty of time to sell their current home or save more money toward their down payment before they move in.” Says Nicole Castle, the project’s Sales Manager with Fifth Avenue Real Estate Marketing Ltd.

“People just love it here!” she says. “For example, just the other weekend we held our thirdannual Harvest at The Ridge in the historic Bose potato barn. Over 200 people came, including happy homeowners and visitors alike to celebrate the harvest season with pork and chicken sliders, roasted corn, corn bread and more delicious treats while playing country games and enjoying live music from Tidelander.”

The Harvest event this year was extra special with the release of the new book sponsored by RDG Ridge Development and written by Susan Boyce on the history of the Bose farm through its current transformation of modern community living that maintains its ties in heritage and country aspects. Boyce held a special reading along with Bose family member Roger Bose, with entertaining stories of growing up in the farm. Watch for the book, titled “Old Landmark. New Life” to be available online to the public soon.

Castle invites anyone interested in this new community to visit this weekend as they will be starting tours of the brand-new amenity building at The Ridge for the first time. It will also be something to see the new glass wall installed in the historic barn adjacent to the amenity centre connected by a viewing glass breezeway that overlooks the ALR land to the west of the community. “This is something you won’t get to see once the homes are sold and the community is no longer open to the public. Plus, we believe once you get as taste of the Ridge lifestyle, you will want to join The Ridge family,” she says with a grin.

The Ridge at Bose Farms’ presentation centre and two designer display homes are open noon to 5 p. m. daily ( except Fridays) at 16390 – 64th Avenue in Surrey.

Available plans include twobedroom, t wo-bedroomand-den, as well as spacious three-bedroom, and three-bedroom-and-den homes. Priced from $252,900 up to $539,900, plus GST.
