Award-winning Zenterra Developments prepares to launch Soho in South Surrey
It has been quite a year for Zenterra Developments in terms of industry recognition for its Hyde Park townhome community in South Surrey and the company is now moving ahead with its next exciting offer: Soho.
Situated 164 and 24th streets adjacent to the future Oak Meadows park, Soho is a 170-home community close to major arteries such as Highway 99, the Canada/ U.S. border, and major amenities, including the popular Morgan Crossing shopping area. Available in two- to- four- bedroom plans, the homes will feature sleek, modern kitchens with shaker-style cabinetry, solid slab quartz backsplashes, and KitchenAid appliances. Interiors will feel open and airy, thanks to generously sized windows and oak laminate flooring. Like Hyde Park, Soho exteriors will feature colour schemes for every building so that the units look like individual homes.
Soho buyers can expect the same level of commitment and painstaking attention to detail in every phase of the development that Zenterra brings to every project it undertakes. “We work very hard on every aspect of the process, from the design to marketing and sales to construction,” says Milani. “This dedication has resulted in nominations for 30 awards over the years, but for us, the Grand Georgie is particularly precious. There is a lot of competition in the Lower Mainland, much of it from older, well-established developers, so to be recognized in this arena is very special.”
In addition to the 2016 Grand Georgie for Multi-Family Builder of the Year as well as a Georgie for Best Sales Centre, Hyde Park has also picked up two Ovation Awards and is a nominee at the Canadian Home Builders’ Association’s National Awards for Housing Excellence. Hyde Park is being recognized for its Family Open Plan in the category of New Home Build in Attached Product over 1,500 square feet.
