Sewage noted by neighbour

We must all be grateful to B.C. It is a wonderful province that we enjoy so much to visit.

Unfortunately, that province is flushing its toilets and garbage directly into the common water of the Strait of Juan de Fuca.

Both sides of the border should be making efforts to keep our waterways clean and healthy.

My family, friends and neighbours all use this waterway, both for their well-being and for sport.

Might we get B.C. to agree to make a big effort to keep things clean and healthy?

We in the state of Washington have already made a great commitment to divert sewage and other kinds of stuff from our waterways.

Might not Canadians not want to find excrement on their plates either.
