WestJet plans new call centre

WestJet says it will open a call centre in Moncton, N.B., later this year primarily aimed at serving French-speaking travellers. Calgary-based WestJet says the new facility will open in September and is expected to create more than 400 jobs, twothirds of them full-time, over the next four years.
