Air Canada joins biofuel project

Canada’s largest airline will take part in a threeyear research project that introduces a new type of jet fuel into one airport’s supply system. Air Canada says it will participate with 13 other organizations to set up a shared biojet fuel system at an airport in Canada yet to be determined. Biojet fuel uses organic material from renewable sources that will be blended with regular jet fuel.
