SAKURA DAYS JAPAN FAIR

The delightful, two-day celebration of spring and Japanese culture features a banquet of delicious food, main stage performances of music, martial arts and dance, a popular sake tasting, and opportunities to participate in tea ceremonies and workshops on ikebana, origami and calligraphy. Almost as spectacular as the blooming garden are women dressed in authentic yukata (kimono) and colourfully costumed members of Vancouver Anime Convention Society, which presents a booth in the marketplace and a maid café on Saturday.
