HISTORIC RACE
Classic weekend in Mission
This is possibly the worst weekend for a B.C. carnut to be out of town, due to the quality and quantity of shows and races taking place across the province.
But I’m not complaining. As you read this I’m in Carmel, California for car week and the races at Mazda Laguna Seca. As webmaster and photographer for the National Association of Automobile Clubs of Canada, I’m working at the Concorso Italiano, the Pebble Beach Concours and, the Rolex Monterey Historic Races. Still, I’m disappointed that, once again, I’m going to miss the B.C. Historic Motor Races at Mission Raceway Park. As well as missing this great race weekend, I’m going to miss the Downtown Abbotsford Car Show.
Other weekend highlights include the Greater Vancouver Mustang Association’s Round Up, the Downtown PoCo Car Show and the Early Ford V-8 Show in Abbotsford.
