The Blue Mountain PB is always consistently well made but seldom as expressive as the 2015, with its ripe apple and pear, melon, pink florals and white peach that flood its soft palate. Fine apricot and spice mark the finish. Lovely complexity from the 30-year-old estate vines. Perfect with halibut. Private wine shops.
