At over 5,000 square feet, the home, by RS Coastal Design + Build, sits on a 10,000-square-foot lot on Morgan Lake. The covered 470-square-foot deck with built-in barbecue is the ideal spot to gather for dinner outdoors.

Every year, BC Children’s Hospital provides expert care to 86,000 kids, more than 9,000 of whom need surgery due to potentially life-threatening illness and injury.
