We say: With matte lipsticks here to stay, a great lip scrub is a necessity. Our tester was pleased with the instant smoothing capabilities of this formula. A small dollop applied in a circle on the lips with a fingertip for a few seconds and then removed with a tissue yielded softer, line-free lips.
