Metro projects welcome visitors
In the market for a new home — or simply wanting to check out some of the latest interior design trends? New-home projects throughout Metro Vancouver are welcoming those who fall into either group.
Here’s just a sampling of some residential offerings, all of which have been featured recently on the pages of Westcoast Homes.
The Hayer Builders Group’s award-winning Summit project in Surrey comprises 89 townhomes, all with rooftop decks. Residences range up to more than 6,400 square feet, while amenities include a boathouse with a dedicated 24-foot Chris Craft boat. Bellevue is a luxury new-home project from the Cressey Development Group in West Vancouver’s Dundarave neighbourhood that comprises a 16-storey tower and a two-level amenities building.
