We say: Our tester used this formula on freshly washed skin, following her normal application of serum. The consistency is like a gel-lotion, which applies smoothly and evenly and absorbs quickly. The product was comfortable on the skin and didn’t feel greasy or heavy. Skin looked hydrated and smooth after use.
