STEAM AND A HOT TUB
There aren’t many people who will defend the month of February: It’s almost always dark, overcast, wet, and often cold. Just when it seemed like January was starting to brighten up; slam. But one thing that can really liven up spirits and get you in a delightfully cleansed state of being before a night out is a steam and a hot tub “executive workout.” As a longtime member of the awesome YWCA downtown, I can testify that nothing works quite as well this time of year than sweating it out. Throw in a swim, or a workout if you feel like it. Or just do a second round through the steam and tub.
