Okanagan Falls-based Liquidity Wines is offering memberships in its Equity Tasting Club, where members are sent a sample of wines to taste at home before you buy.

The vineyard-to-door shipments of three Liquidity wines arrive twice a year packaged in 200 mL mini bottles. Once you select your favourites, members can make them part of their 18-bottle annual club commitment to be delivered free to your home.

Members will also be given access to special library releases, as well as detailed winemakers’ notes. Interested parties should contact wine club co-ordinator Stephen Judge, at wineclub@ liquidity or call 778515-5500, ext. 3.

On Feb. 22 and 23, Botanist executive chef Hector Laguna welcomes internationally acclaimed chef-owner Julien Royer of Odette, a two-star Michelin restaurant in Singapore, for an exclusive culinary collaboration.

The chefs will join forces to design a seven-course tasting menu that fuses the modern French cuisine of Odette and the Pacific Northwest flavours of Botanist. The dinner tasting menu is $188 per person, plus applicable taxes and gratuity. Reservations are required, and tickets can be purchased at info@botanistrestau or 604-695-5557.
