Christian Gow discovered biathlon during a summer camp at Calgary’s Canada Olympic Park and was hooked. Today, he trains six days a week, twice a day, with one afternoon off. The one thing that will cause him to break his diet is his mom’s eggs Benedict. Christian and his brother and teammate Scott were part of the Canadian men’s 4x7.5-metre relay team that won bronze at the IBU World Championships in Oslo in 2016.
