GABRIEL GARZONMONTANO
Brooklyn born-and-raised soul singer Garzon-Montano made a big impression with his pristine debut, Jardin. Mixing elements of the Big Apple sounds he was surrounded by growing up, as well as drawing from his Franco-Colombian heritage, the album was a huge build off his debut EP, Bishoune: Alma Del Huila. His trajectory to greater recognition was catapulted by Drake sampling his song Six Eight on both If You’re Reading This, It’s Too Late and More Life. Expect smooth sounds, razor-sharp beats and an air of cool detachment in the room.
