2018 HALL OF FAMEINDUCTEE

The UDI Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who have elevated the standard for excellence in B.C.’s development industry.

This year’s inductee, David Podmore, has been recognized as one of Vancouver’s most influential contributors to the real estate industry for more than 40 years.

David Podmore’s immense contributions to the community include his involvement with the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation as immediate past-chair, successfully bringing the Winter Olympics to Vancouver in 2010, and Concert Properties’ sponsorship of bursaries to help students in the BCIT Trades Discovery programs.

In total, the company has endowed over $2.6 million to BCIT, and contributed over $3.3 million to trades training programs across Canada overall.
