Chances are a lot of us received gifts of fine tea this season. It’s become rather trendy to give as a present and there is nothing wrong with that. But unscientific polling around the office has brought to our attention that a lot of that tea languishes in the can too long, losing its flavour and all those other supposed benefits to your system.
